Why I Love It:
This eye catching design was lovingly hand carved from wax and shows a hand cradling a handful of sapphires. Nestled in the palm is a delicious 2.74 carat purple oval cut sapphire with spots of peach that is simply remarkable, sourced from artisanal female miners from the Umba Valley, Tanzania. Swirled around the main stone is a smattering of purple, peach, and rustic peach-orange oval and round brilliant cut sapphires that pay homage to her favorite asymmetrical designs. The setting is made of 14k yellow gold and tapers around the curve of the band.
