How To Start

Start with a free design consultation (via Zoom, phone, or our San Francisco showroom). We’ll chat about your style, vibe, budget, and timeline, whatever stage you’re at, we’ll meet you there.

Expect a low-pressure, high-fun, knowledgable 30–45 min conversation.

Stone Sourcing

We require a $200 project deposit to begin stone sourcing. This deposit comes back as a credit towards your purchase.

We source responsibly, ethically and transparently. Whether you're dreaming of a Montana sapphire, a rare bi-color stunner, a brilliant natural diamond, a sunlit champagne diamond, or a lab-grown gem. We’ll send photos, videos, and side-by-sides until one feels just right.

Design Your Ring

Once you’ve chosen your stone, we bring your dream setting to life down to the last detail. Each setting is made bespoke for each stone chosen.You’ll get photorealistic CAD renderings from every angle, plus up to three rounds of edits to make sure it’s exactly what you envisioned.

Expect life like previews so real, it’ll feel like the ring’s already on your finger.

Production Timeline

Once you give the green light, our master artisans get to work. Every piece is made-to-order. Expect simpler projects to take about 6 weeks and more complex projects to take up to 8 to 12 weeks.

Shipping & Pickup

Pick up your ring in our San Francisco showroom, or have it shipped fully insured with signature required. We ship throughout the United States and most international countries
