Surrounding it in an elevated baroque setting to allow for stacking is 1.24 carats of high quality white round brilliant cut diamonds in 14k white gold. A shank of 14k yellow gold is lovingly tapered for the ultimate comfort fit and a duo of claw prongs hold the sapphire for maximum visual appeal.
