    Virtual Assistant To Founder/CEO

     Part Time 

    About The Role

    We’re looking for a smart, fast, and hard-working virtual assistant to support Catherine, our Founder and CEO, on a daily basis. Must be action-oriented and able to work independently with strong follow-up skills. 

    Responsibilities

    • Schedule meetings and manage business and personal calendar
    • Manage email inbox
    • Book appointments with clients
    • Follow up with clients with thank you notes and gifts
    • Enter data and send client invoices 
    • Provide related customer service tasks
    • Manage and direct general inquiries
    • Route projects and requests through the organization, working effectively with our network of employees, contractors, and vendors
    • Manage and replenish office supplies
    • Occasional special projects (market research, vendor research) based on skills and interest

     Required qualifications

    • Empathetic, clear, and timely communication skills
    • Fast paced and action oriented 
    • Up to 100% remote
    Preferred qualifications
    • Knowledge and/or experience with fine jewelry preferred but not required
    • Action oriented, self-starter who can work well with minimal supervision

    Jewelry Customer Service Specialist

    Part Time

    About The Role

    We’re looking for a smart, self-motivated, and action-oriented sales and customer service associate. You’ll be a jewelry cheerleader and help make our client experience smooth and easy, like brunch on a Sunday Morning.

    Responsibilities

    • GB Expert:Must be jewelry obsessed. You’ll need to familiarize yourself with our process, timelines, values, styles, trends, pricing, and available inventory. You’re curious and self-motivated to learn about our core styles and new arrivals.
    • Sales and Support: Provide sales support for site inquiries via email and chatbot. Answer client questions, support online sales, manage order production, coordinate shipping, and provide after care as needed.
    • Order Support: Place client orders, and manage client-requested adjustments (additions, cancellations, exchanges, changes of address, and refunds) via Shopify. Be detail-oriented and execute client orders without error. 
    • Fulfillment Support: Assist the production manager with customer support and shipping issues. Communicate with clients regarding any order-related information and status updates on their orders. Work with clients to resolve any shipping issues to get their orders in a timely manner.
    • Client Correspondence: Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a courteous and timely manner. Aim for same day responses during the work day. 
    • General Support: Do what needs to be done. GB is a small team and we value teammates who are versatile, can pitch in as needed, and want to play a key role in growing our business. We also value everyone’s input; we want someone who wants to participate in general business decisions that help us grow.

     Required qualifications

    • Experience in fine jewelry client service 
    • Ability to confidently answer client questions on a broad range of jewelry topics
    • Empathetic, clear, and timely communication skills
    • Up to 100% remote 

     Preferred qualifications

    Jewelry Concierge: Sales and Client Service Associate  

    Part Time

    About the role

    We’re looking for a smart, self-motivated, and action-oriented sales and service associate. You’ll be a jewelry cheerleader for GB and help make our clients’ ring dreams come true. You will report directly to the owner of GB.

     Responsibilities

    • Sales and Support: Provide sales support for general site inquiries. Answer client questions, support online sales, follow orders in production, coordinate shipping, and after care client follow up.
    • Custom Sales: Drive custom sales end-to-end by following up on leads, scheduling consultations, selling loose stones, and communicating with CAD designers to make clients’ dream rings come true in a smooth and stress-free process. 
    • Order Support: Place client orders, and make adjustments as requested by customers  (additions, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds) via Shopify. Be detail-oriented to execute client orders without error. 
    • Fulfillment Support: Assist the fulfillment/operations manager with customer claims and shipping carrier issues. Communicate with our clients regarding any order-related information and status updates on their orders. Work with clients to resolve any shipping issues to get them their orders in a timely manner.
    • Client Correspondence: Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a courteous and timely manner. 
    • General Support: Do what needs to get done. GB is a small team and we value teammates who are versatile, can pitch in as needed, and want to play a key role in our business.     Required qualifications

    • Located in San Francisco, or remote is possible for the right candidate
